Mental health is something no one talks about unless someone dies. That's hard but it is the truth and I am here, to tell the truth not to hide it. I am not saying that this article can help you if you are dealing with any sort of mental problem. My article is not for help because it's not a cure someone else can find u for. It's not something someone can find for you. you have to help yourself and you have to fight.


We all live and we all live differently. We all experience different things. We all have different problems and different solution to them and that solution is the cure for any mental problem you are having. I repeat I am here to talk about a cure for depression, a cure for stress or a cure for the greatest pandemic that is 2020. Yes, 2020 is itself is a pandemic because every day I open my news apps and something happened, someone died, someone killed, someone suicide and natural calamities. In this article, I just wrote what I feel about mental health and what I believe can give you a little relief. And I wrote this article because recently I heard about a lot of suicides because of depression, stress, pressure and all this stuff which I don't know. See I am not the master of writing articles and also I am not the master of mental health. No one can master mental health. Everyone has to deal with it and everyone can't just quit. And I don't want you to quit. I just hope this article finds you and fulfils my aim of helping someone.

 Things you can do to improve your mental health.

 #1 humour:- hahaha, hehehe, trick or treat. Wait I mean seriously a little humour can help you. Well, sometimes we experience something bad. We keep thinking about it. We feel sad. And that brings a crack in your mental health. Imagine a cheerful, smiling girl that emits and positive energy around her all ways just like the sun. And now imagine somehow she lost her smile. Something bad happened. What can you do to help her nothing? If something like that happened the next first smile she will have can be the one steps towards healing her mind and she can be full of life again. But doesn't means just go to her and crack a joke. If you do this you might get a slap honestly. It takes time but a little humour can help

#2 Avoiding social media:- Seriously this is something I can't make a joke about. People out there over social media don't even think of what they are sharing and how can it affect someone. There are a lot of people over the internet who just post about anyone to gain some views, likes, follows. Which are all virtual and can totally destroy someone's mind. Even if it's not related to you I suggest if you are depressed, sad and anything like that just avoid social media as much as you can. There is a universal law I believe exists that people will judge you, curse you, hate you without even knowing you. Without even knowing the truth and won't judge themself in any way.

#3 Spend some time with your friends and family:- well yes this is the most common thing but people certainly underestimate this law and I don't know why. It's ok for you to share about your problem just sharing about it can ease the burden over your heart. sharing your problem with someone can help you truly.

#4 start your day with music:- this I something I do genuinely. today we all dealing with this pandemic year 2020 and every day we woke up and check our phones news apps and all that we mostly find bad news like gas leakage, flood, cyclone, lightning strike etc. I believe one must start his day with some positivity, goals, and a fresh mind. after a deep sleep and recharging my mind. I don't want theses news directly as first things in the morning, so what I do I woke up, get out of my bed for some fresh and after that a good music to energize me. and seriously this is something amazing I do to my self.

#5 A break:- if there is something you like to do and you never get bored of it or tired. something like a hobby like dancing, singing, painting, sketching and you feel like to give it up and ever do it ever again. or maybe something is disturbing you and you don't wanna do the things you always love to do. maybe you need a break. what I mean by a break is just don't give up pause it for something like 2-3 days and then get back to it. hobbies are something that actually maintains your mental health. it gives and sense of relaxation and you like this is something I love to do I like to do and I will do it. like for me I like to express my emotions and feelings through writing or sketching etc


Again what I want to say through this article is I don't like when people give up some even give up their life for like girlfriend or boyfriend. ending a life is not easy. and this is life.

I started this blog to portray my feelings and what I think about things, people, mental health etc and this article is not something a a doctor wrote, read it like a friend wrote this to help you because a friend doesn't want you to quit.
